Patient Resources

We hope the following links will be useful to our patients in their journey to recovery. These resources were not developed by our team and the contents are the responsibility of the host organisation.

The Royal Australia & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists produces a useful website explaining a range mental illnesses, treatments and psychiatric practice.

The National Institute of Mental Health (America) offers patient information about a range of psychiatric topics

Self-Harm

The Cornell Research Program on Self-Injury and Recovery provides excellent resources provided at sufferers and carers that can help understand and overcome self-harm behaviour.
